If you suspect the time for my area is incorrect,
then you need to set your computer for the right time-zone of your city.
You'll find the time-zone settings in the control panel. Once there, you'll see a link for time and date. You know what to do, just click it. Once the new window opens, click on the time-zone tab and choose your correct time-zone. After that, click OK and you're done.
Now you will be able to see the correct time in distance areas from your computer.
