Work requested:

-- Regrout tub to tile connection in bathroom. Then recaulk. (Tried to recaulk myself a while back but pulled out too much of the grout in process. Want to have grout refilled appropriately and then recaulked.)

-- Seal all tile on our tub walls and bathroom floor. (Was never sealed properly when we bought house with remodeled bath about year ago. Work done really quickly and shabbily.)

-- Open drain in bath tub. It's clogged right now and not opening well after I tried air-pressure drain opener (from City Mill) several times

-- Reseal all connecting edges of granite surfaces in kitchen, half-bath and bathroom. Then seal granite overall.

-- Open hatch door (painted and sealed shut right now) in stair well to check for water damage in crawl space from tub on second level (full bath is on second level)
